When shopping in the webshop of konenmednaalen.dk, the general terms and conditions for trade with consumers described for Denmark by law will apply. All trades are conducted in English language, but customer service as well as terms and conditions can be given in Danish as well.
Payment
We accept payment through PayPal, which include cards like Visa and Mastercard.
Terms of delivery
All digital products are free from cost of delivery. The delivery will take place immediately after the purchase and is provided as a download-link on screen and in a mail to the chosen mail-address. If you are a registered user of Gumroad.com you will also be able to see the download-link in your “Library.”
Returns and cancellations
All digital files are regarded as taken into use when the delivery to your mail-address has happened. Therefore we do not accept returns or cancellations on the digital products.
Defects on products
If you find a defect with the product, you must as soon as possible after the detection contact us at sussanne@tp-web.dk with a description of the problem and an invoice number. Warranty follows Danish consumer laws, which means that defects can be claimed within 24 months of purchase.
