Only cross stitching is involved with this little beauty and lots of free spaces inbetween the stitches. Choose a classic white or pale color for you fabric to get that canvas feel to the motif, or jazz it up a bit with a sparkling fabric. Choose a single strand of thread on 16 ct/inch aida for lighter, more flowy feel or 3 strands on 14 ct/inch aida for a more robust expression.
